When you submit content to our public community library, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with our platform.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material
• Promotes illegal activities or harm to others
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code

If you subscribe to a premium plan:

• You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing applicable to your subscription
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis

5.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.

Upon termination:

• Your access to our platform will be revoked
• Your private prompts will be deleted within 30 days
• Public prompts you've shared may remain available (anonymized)
• You remain liable for any outstanding payments

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
